Snow By the Bucket Loads
The last bits of snow have finally melted from our Winter Storm 2011, and I am finally getting around to posting pictures. We had about 4 or 5 inches with the first 2 or 3 falling in under an hour! We didn't attempt driving for two whole days and when we finally could get out the roads were still pretty bad in places. My cousin from New York will be mentally laughing at my astonishment of the snow, but we usually don't get it like this in the South.
Notice the snow on the road. When we woke up it was completely white, you couldn't even tell where the road began!
This snow suit makes me think of that children's book Snow Day. I'm so glad I got it, we have gotten good use out of it so far!

And if we had stayed (liked we should have) we would have gotten to see snow also!!! I'm so glad we bought that snowsuit ~ it has already paid for itself!!! Can't remember how much it was, but seems like it was ridiculously inexpensive ~ great purchase!!!
Yeah, I wish y'all had gotten to see the snow too! I think the suit was like $5 or $8, a steal!
