Sterling and I enjoyed the wonderful 70+ degree weather today. Since Ann Elizabeth was sleeping inside I decided to snap a few pictures of our budding tree outside. Then, I actually had some time to come in and edit them. I do love spring. I hope we really have one and 70 degrees in February doesn't mean 100 in May.

Bethany, your pictures are beautiful! Maybe you'll have time this summer to give me some photography lessons. I really need help!!
Thanks Mrs. Debra, you are so sweet. Three things I've learned 1. never take pictures in auto. There is a semi auto setting that is so much better for beginners. It's pretty much what I keep mine in, and it is better than manual for photographing kids on the run. 2. the right lens makes a big difference 3. making a few adjustments in a photo software (I usually just use google's picasa) makes all of the difference!
