Mr. Moose

We braved the cold this morning during Ann Elizabeth's nap.  Sterling had so much fun.  He has been asking to go out the past few days, and to a two-year-old, two days of rain seems like an eternity.  I enjoyed not juggling a baby on my hip, so I got out the camera, because who can resist this face!  And that hat!

Sorry that they are all the same, but I just loved them all!  Out of about 100 I narrowed it down quite a bit since they ALL turned out so good.  That's why I love taking pictures outside, you don't have to sort through most of the pictures being over/under exposed or blurry.  The sun was just perfect for beautiful shots!

Playing the stick like a trumpet.

This is his bridge he built out of the fire wood scraps.
How fun of a mom am I?  I was tired of seeing leaves all over the back yard.  Which usually doesn't bother me, I've always said I don't see the point of raking all fall.  Anyway, Sterling wanted to jump in them, so I thought it would be even more fun to slide down into them.  I couldn't take a picture of him doing it though, because he wouldn't slide without me pushing him down it.  I don't know why he is scared of it all of a sudden.
This is my favorite!!! It is going in his room somewhere!

Okay, this is my favorite part! Click on the picture below.  It should bring up the pictures in this post where you can go through the pictures more quickly by clicking directly on the picture.  Go through the next three quickly.

Wasn't that fun?  Well, Alex and I had a pretty good laugh at it.

"I don't want to slide"

Ann Elizabeth joined us after her nap for a walk around the neighborhood.

Ok the moose hat was a great decision!!! I had such a hard time deciding ~ there were some REALLY cute ones, but this was my favorite! They had a really cute panda (sorry I didn't get that one Hillary)! I also LOVE the one of him peeking over the fence! Thanks for letting us borrow them for a couple of days!!!!
