He loves playing with his cars. He will sit on the floor and play with cars for so long, making a cute little car noise. I have noticed that his play has changed. It seems like he is using his imagination more which is so precious.
He is getting much more proficient on the walking front. Hopefully he will get more confident in the month to come.
Sterling's communication is also becoming much more sophisticated. He is still a chatterbox trying to repeat everything you say. He loves the ABC song and tries to sing it with us. And he loves when we count with him. He will move my finger around the page when we are reading a book wanting me to count the objects. He can say two and three and the rest of the numbers are cute little grunts (the same ones he uses to sing his ABCs).
He is also getting much better at non-verbal communication as well. The other day he was looking out the window in the living room and crawled over to me, grabbed my hand, and started pulling me in that direction. Of course we had to go play outside for a while.
On that note Sterling loves being outside! However, he still hates being in the grass, even with his shoes on.
This is what we call the Mowgli crawl. I guess it is part of his transition to walking.
I had forgotten why it had been a while since I made spaghetti.
