I looked back on my blog and saw that I hadn't put up anything about t-ball. That started back in April, so yeah, we're going back to April.
Sterling LOVED t-ball! It is so much better suited for his non-aggressive personality. One day he may enjoy soccer more, but as of now he is asking to play t-ball again, so that is the plan.
His league was 4-year-olds only, so it was pretty cute watching them all out on the field. Sterling was on the team with one of his good friends from church and some other little boys we knew from friends. He had so much fun. It was completely different, because with soccer at this age they just divide up into teams when you get to the game. I think he liked the consistency of having the same boys on his team.
They were the Pirates. Ann Elizabeth would respond ARRRGG anytime she heard the name mentioned. She had fun playing with all of the little siblings, who would show up to the games in their little strollers with not a whimper to get down. We shot ourselves in the foot on that one. Alex always preferred carrying her, because she still isn't that big, to dealing with the stroller, so she is NOT a good stroller baby. We'll know with the next one.
This is how the ball was usually fielded, except there were usually more players in the heap.
